When did you start working in the travel industry?

1993 - working for an organisation that put together travel and cultural travel programmes through Europe for incoming American students.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

The feeling of satisfaction when you hear back from the clients that you have met their expectations for their holiday and they had the best time.

Where would you like to visit next?

Sri Lanka - having toured both Southern and Northern India I would love to tour Sri Lanka as a comparison.

What is your dream holiday destination?

I would love to do a road trip through Europe, taking in as many countries as possible and taking as long as it takes! I would also like to do the same in New Zealand.

What has been your favourite holiday, which you have booked for a customer, that you would love to take yourself?

Sri Lanka with If Only.

What were your childhood holidays like?

Mallorca with my parents and three sisters.

What are the first three things in your case?

Trainers, sun cream and good book.
