When did you start working in the travel industry?

After 30 years of working within the travel industry, I decided to have a change and went to work in the hospitality industry as a central reservationist, this wasn’t for me and I found myself back into travel realising this is what I love and where I belong.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

I love being able to help customers plan and book their dream holidays.

Where would you like to visit next?

On my list to visit next is Norwegian Fjords on a cruise. The scenery looks absolutely amazing from the stunning waterfalls to the local villages.

What is your dream holiday destination?

My dream holiday destination has to be The Maldives staying in an over the water villa with my own pool.

What has been your favourite holiday, which you have booked for a customer, that you would love to take yourself?

I once booked customers travelling out to Toronto for a few nights to see Niagara Falls, then flying onto Vancouver and staying in the city for a few nights before flying to Campbell River to stay for four nights at Knights Inlet to see the bears, and then back to Vancouver to pick up an Alaska Cruise for seven nights.

What were your favourite childhood holidays?

Mobile home holidays in Devon. We went on our first abroad holiday when I was 14 to Blanes in Costa Brava.
