Senior Travel Consultant

When did you start working in the travel industry?

I started working in travel in October 2013 at Virgin Holidays. Travel was completely new for me as I had worked in the beauty industry 6 years prior, where I gained invaluable insight in customer service which has really helped me in my role, I remember thinking if I can make someone feel that happy when finding their perfect lipstick shade imagine how it would feel finding someone's dream holiday.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

Helping people create memories, sharing experiences and meeting customers over the years that have turned into friends.

Where would you like to visit next?

I went on my first River cruise in November 2025 sailing the Danube, I had a fantastic time and was blown away by the service and all the excursions included- I would love to sail along the River Seine taking in Paris and visiting Monet's gardens in Giverny.

What is your dream holiday destination?

I would love to go Thailand visiting Chiang Mai and Koh Samui. I would also love to visit some of the lesser known Greek islands for their authentic charm and of course, the food.

What has been your favourite holiday, which you have booked for a customer, that you would love to take yourself?

An amazing trip to Canada where guests travelled on the Rocky Mountaineer, a glass domed train through Vancouver, Kamloops, Lake Louise and Jasper.

What were your childhood holidays like?

When I was 10 I went to Kos with my family, ever since then I have wanted to live in a little white house in Greece. I would also go away every year with my Nan and Sister to Somerset and fell in love with its rugged coastline, charming harbours and limestone caves, not forgetting the cream teas.

What are the first three things in your case?

Sun cream, a hat and a book.

My Favourite Memory

I love the Caribbean and I have been very lucky to visit a lot of different islands. The flora and fauna is stunning along with the white sandy beaches, clear blue seas and wonderful people.
