When did you start working in the travel industry?

I have just begun working at Fred Olsen, October 2025 and am loving every minute!

What is your favourite thing about your job?

I love helping people discover the most beautiful places in the world whilst making sure all their needs are met. I enjoy giving personalised recommendations on the best places to eat, drink, and explore and forming great relationships with my customers.

Where would you like to visit next?

Copenhagen is at the top of my list. The Scandinavian lifestyle really appeals to me, and I’d love to take a little weekend trip to stroll down the Nyhavn waterfront, surrounded by colourful tulips, with a coffee and a Danish pastry in hand.

What is your dream holiday destination?

My dream destination has to be South Africa—specifically Cape Town and the Kruger National Park. I’m an animal lover through and through, and I’d love to go on a safari to see all the incredible wildlife, followed by an African steak dinner paired with a variety of wines. Although I have a fear of snakes, I’d still be excited to experience all the amazing animals up close.

What were your childhood holidays like?

My favourite holidays have got to be either the family road trips to the South of France with my mum, dad, and brother when we were very little. Although I remember having so much fun, I often hear from my parents about how stressful the drive was—especially with our car breaking down and the hotels being fully booked! Or the bigger family trips to Spain with my nanny and grandad, where eating paella for dinner every night, playing UNO as a family, and messing about playing mermaids in the pool all became such core memories for me.

What are the first three things in your case?

Bikini - Sun cream - Holiday dress

's Top Tips

  1. Check in as early as possible – When booking trips as a couple aiming to travel cheaply without paying extra to sit together, the sooner we check in online, the better our chances of being seated next to each other. This is especially true for off-season flights.
  2. Research and book excursions in advance – By exploring social media and review websites ahead of time, I’ve discovered some hidden gems at the places I’ve traveled to. Many boat trips and other excursions get fully booked quickly, so booking early is a good way to guarantee a spot on the highest-rated tours.
  3. Plan your outfits in advance – If you’re someone like me who loves playing dress up on holiday, I recommend folding your outfits and packing them together. This way, you can avoid paying extra for luggage on items you probably won’t even wear.

My Favourite Memory

My favourite memory has to be the first long-haul flight I took—to New York in 2023. At the time, I hadn’t been on many international city breaks, so New York was one of the most incredible places I had ever experienced. All the hustle and bustle, along with the towering skyscrapers and amount of history, inspired me to learn more and explore all of the world’s stunning cities!
