We wish to mention the outstanding service and help we received from Sam at Fred. Olsen Travel in Lymington for her expertise and friendly assistance we had when booking the cruise. Thank you Sam, you’re a credit to the company! And the lovely touch a few days after our return home when we received a postcard from her on behalf of Fred. Olsen to say “we hope you had a good time”. That was really a nice touch.
