The end of April saw the Annual TTG Top 50 awards take place at The Vox in Birmingham and various members of the Fred. Olsen Travel Agents team were proud to attend and support staff nominated. A fabulous evening was had by all, as the gathered agents were serenaded by 2017 X Factor winners Rak-Su and treated to a delicious three-course meal.
Later in the night, things got even better for the assembled Fred. Olsen Travel Agents contingent thanks to success in the ‘East of England's Top Agency’ category. Although they just missed out on the top spot,our Felixstowe travel agents were named as runner-up and therefore part of the country’stop 50 agencies for 2019.
This is testament to the immense passion the Felixstowe team have for their jobs and the togetherness that has been established between Kerrie Lake and the rest of her staff. Their expertise and friendly approach is something that is cherished by the customers that walk through the door and it’s great to see them acknowledged after such hard work.
We would also like to thank the long list of suppliers who rated Fred. Olsen Travel Agents Felixstowe highly, leading to this fantastic piece of recognition.
Finally, more success could be on the horizon, as two members of our team have been nominated in the Agent Achievement Awards taking place in July. We wish Sarah Tonks and Sophie Davies the best of luck in the ‘Leisure Manager of the Year’ and ‘Apprentice Leisure Agent of the Year’ categories respectively.
Plus, we've just received the news that Fred. Olsen Travel as a company has been nominated in the East of England (large) category at the same awards.
