When did you start working in the travel industry?

I started working in travel in 1995 after having done a two year college course in Travel & Tourism.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

Making the customers happy by finding them their dream holiday and hearing all about it upon their return.

What is your favourite holiday destination?

I have two! Tobago - I had the most relaxing holiday there, gorgeous beaches, stunning scenery the best place to relax. The second one is Florida, seeing my children's excited faces and how they couldn't stop smiling the whole holiday.

What is your dream holiday destination?

I would love to visit the Far East. Even though I have booked  many customers there before, I have never been.

What has been your favourite holiday, which you have booked for a customer, that you would love to take yourself?

Self drive tour of the West Coast of America.

What were your favourite childhood holidays?

Alderney in the Channel Islands. My dad's friend owned a  property over there and we used to go most years. It was lovely island with beautiful beaches and the weather was always so good.

's Top Tips

1) Make a list of everything you need to take/pack with you

2) Allow yourself enough time to get to the airport or port, there is nothing worse than thinking you are going to be late for your check in.

3) If you are on any medication, make sure you have enough to last your whole trip.

's Cruise Tips

My Favourite Memory

I would love to visit Cyprus again. Even though I lived there for two years, I would like to take my daughter back there to show her where she was born as she was still young when we left.
